How It Works

Concrete Leveling & Lifting

About US

LIFT It LEVEL

How Does Concrete Leveling By Mudjacking / Slabjacking / Foamjacking / Polyleveling Work?

Our advanced equipment and cutting-edge techniques enable us to provide an eco-friendly solution for concrete lifting. Our state-of-the-art polyjacking system, which utilizes high-density polyurethane foam, is a superior alternative to traditional mudjacking methods.

To begin, we expertly identify and mark the precise locations on the concrete that require leveling or lifting. Subsequently, we carefully drill small holes, measuring approximately the size of a dime, in the designated areas.

Next, our injection gun injects the polyurethane foam beneath the concrete, where it expands and fills voids, compressing any loose soil and lifting the concrete. The foam rapidly cures, providing a stable, level surface.

Lastly, we patch the small holes discreetly, leaving your concrete surface fully restored and ready for immediate use. Our exceptional polyleveling process guarantees excellent results that exceed traditional mudjacking methods.

The ‘LIFT It LEVEL’ Advantage – Concrete Leveling And Concrete Lifting

  • Cost-effective: By avoiding the cost of tear-out and replacement, our method can save you up to 70%.
  • Safety: Concrete tripping hazards can lead to injuries and liability. Our method ensures compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which prohibits vertical changes over 1/4”.
  • Quick cure time: Our technique allows you to use the concrete within 15 minutes, while other methods can take days.
  • Stability: Our foams are incredibly strong, lightweight, and water-repellent. They fill voids, bind loose soil, and only weigh about 4 pounds per cubic foot, preventing soil overburden. In contrast, mudjacking can add 100-150 pounds per cubic ft. Our foams do not break down in the presence of water.
  • Smaller hole size: We drill small 5/8” holes (the size of a dime), compared to traditional mudjacking’s holes that can reach 2” or more.
  • Extreme lifting power: Our polyurethane foams can support and lift substantial loads, making them preferred by many Departments of Transportation for their durability, reliability, and strength.
  • Home value: Properly leveled and lifted concrete enhances curb appeal and can increase home value.
  • Reduces potential water damage: Sunken concrete can drain water in the wrong direction. Properly raised concrete directs water away from buildings and structures, reducing potential water damage.
  • Green materials: Our polyurethane foams are made with bio-based and/or recycled materials, making them non-toxic and non-hazardous. They do not leach into groundwater and reduce landfill waste when compared to tear-out and replacement of concrete.
